I have close family that is schizophrenic, most times they are "normal".
I think maybe i could be but too coward to find out but I'm being more open with my medical team

Thank you for the information. I have a friend with schizophrenia who has been in the mental hospital five times. When she was originally diagnosed, she had Haldol and it made her body shake. It's sad. She can't stand the thought that she might be schizophrenic so she's being treated for manic depression/Asperger's. With Haldol she was able to have a productive life for 20 years teaching special education.

I find with proper nutrition my condition is improving
Eat real food mostly organic and avoid eating processed foods that are poisoning us with artificial colors, ingredients and sweeteners and synthetic chemicals

I don't want to self diagnose for I might die from a misprint. Cognitive issues is that the pattern of our thought continuum, preventing us reckoning and doing things, I know I need to shower but I can't work it out
