Saitama has shown clear limits since he couldnt one shot Garou, or Boros, so going off of statements is bullshit

Going off of feats is the best thing we have to scale Saitama with, Saitama when clashing with Garou was able to push away/destroy thousands of stars (at minimum this is Star Level, at maximum this is Multi-Solar System level)

Saitama has shown MFTL (Massively Faster Than Light) speeds by fighting from planet to planet with Garou and jumping back from the moon

Saitamas durabilty scales relative to hos strength ad he was shown genuinely recoiling and taking some form of damage from Cosmic Garous attacks (atleast the ones that landed)

Saitama is more or less unskilled as a fighter, he can throw a punch sure but...hes overall average (maybe somewhat above average) at fighting

Now for Vegeta

SSG Goku clashing with Beerus nearly destroyed U7s Macrocosm which possesses 7 realms each of them are at minimum the size of the Mortal Realm or quite literally infinite in size (they can be scaled to 5D Constructs but lets...not do that and lowball Vegeta)

SSG Goku absorbed the power of SSG into his base form, making him that strong in base, and then seemingly underwent a Zenkai Boost (a Zenkai Boost is when a Saiyan nears death and recovers, getting a boost in power from it) that pushed his base form beyond is Super Saiyan form (Beerus threw an attack that SS Goku couldnt stop but Base Goku somehow could)

So with the Dragonball Macrocosm being at minimum 7x larger than our universe that would mean
(Pre-Zenkai Base Goku = 7 Universes
Post-Zenkai Base Goku = at minimum 350 Universes)

After the events of the Beerus saga Vegeta became as strong as that Base Goku so Vegeta =< Goku

So we can scale Vegeta off of the SS2 form which is a 100x multiplier putting our highest estimate for Vegeta so far being capable of destroying 35'000 Universes (in just Super Saiyan 2 thats discounting Super Saiyan God or Blue)

Vegeta has Universal feats at bare minimum putting him at far stronger than Saitama and maybe defeating him in a single hit but how about speed

Goku moved at multiple quadrillion times the speed of light in otherworld to go from heaven to hell and fight Cell, Frieza and King Cold who were acting up...in base

This scales to Vegeta.

So Saitama is massively slower than Base Vegeta, what about skill

Vegeta is literally a skilled martial artist
