Watching this actually did help me, still don't know how to properly alt tap, let alone to this level, but having my index finger in optimal places, using different fingers to be prepared quicker and switch places quicker does seem helpful.

These are awesome for learning finger movement, these have helped me get a tad better with actually understanding the motions of 2 handing the triplets. Could we get something like this for quads for something like Satch Boogie?
