I have noticed that one of the benefical things to eventually speaking the truth, even if one has repressed the urge or put it off for some time, is that it causes people and consequences and events to realign to a more peaceful outcome in the longterm even if things are painful in the short-term.
The lesson is, speaking the truth keeps one's life in the best order, even if it causes conflict and challenges, and the reason this is so, is because every single person participates in this life with their dignity, and as such every single person has a truth to tell that if expressed would keep their world in order, and if every person did this, the whole world would stay in a better order.

I have learned that speaking the truth reveals the integrity of those that hear it. I have done that at work, prividing my professional opinion and has gotten me written up. It has made me realize that I have to move on because those in charge don't want the truth, they want ego strokers. I'm not that person.

Learned to mind my business awhile ago and its one of the best thing ever…. How does this pertain to this? Well, part of what it means to mind ur business, is to let ppl figure out a solution to their problem without helping, cos helping in such moments is stealing from them the opportunity to learn, mature and grow.
Another good that comes from this is that u are free from the anger/disrespect of those who don’t wanna hear the truth about their situation (their business)
Help when asked, otherwise mind ur business.

I spoke the truth. It cost me my career. But, I still managed to have a great adventure in this lifetime. Learned how to not look back. Just keep blazing forward .
