The Heat tape failed so the water line froze between the Spigot & the Travel Trailer. We replaced the heat tape inside the 1" flexible pipe insulation along with boxing the line with 1" rigid foam insulation (leftover scrap from the Skirting). A 1" rigid box was also added where the water line runs up the side of the Travel Trailer. Finally a new larger scrap 1" rigid foam box was installed over the Heat Taped & Insulated Water Supply Spigot and a Heat Lamp installed inside heating the ground at the base of the Spigot. Only thing I need to do now is throw in some shredded Irish Spring Bar Soap and Moth Balls to keep out the Mice. What do you think? NOTE THE 1" FOAM BOARD SKIRTING WORKS GREAT! OUTSIDE TEMP 20 DEGREES, INSIDE TEMP 68 DEGREES & UNDER TRAILER TEMP 50 DEGREES!
