Simple take the middle matchstick from 8 and then keep it in between of is equal to in slanting manner then it becomes not equal to 😂

I have currently watched the question part of the video and I think I figured out the answer, u need to take the right side of 8 and put it in the minus sign so that it becomes the plus sign, so we are left with 9+6=15...
