They forgot to add in the advanced weapons on the USS Vengeance, the rapid-fire torpedo launchers.

Didn't the Vengeance have some sort of kinetic cannons? I seem to remember them not getting used in the movie.

Love your videos. Gives me the impression they they are to the canon of the ships in Star Trek.
Might I suggest pitting the Vengeance vs 23rd Century Battleships like the Federation, Ulysses, Yamato, and Missouri classes?

The Nerada always seemed hugely overpowered to me.... without explanation.
It also looked like a real bad guy ship not a mining ship. I read there was some explanation about Nero getting it refitted with loads of 24th century weapons etc before travelling back but without this being on screen it just did not make sense to me

Impressive... I would have thought that the Vengeance would have been more effective. It sliced up the Enterprise like a roast.
The Narada has Borg technology. It even survived George Kirk slamming into it with a heavy cruiser. I think that the Kelvin could be classified as a heavy cruiser.
Plus, they use Borg concussion torpedoes... they have been seen one-shotting many Federation vessels.

I do not know if the scale is right. The USS Vengeance is GIGANTIC. I mean, it dwarfs a Galaxy-Class. And it is in STO scaling. I think the ship isn't big enough.

It’s funny because the Vengeance was designed specifically to combat threats like the Narada, and here it is just getting dished.
Still want to see that Riker’s Refit 1701-D against Vengeance head to head though.

Absolutely ridiculous. Even the water pistols on the Abramsprise could damage the Narada, which, in case anyone forgot, is only a mining ship and shouldn't be a threat to any starship at all. The Vengeance, as much as I hate it, should be able to carve that thing up in a minute flat.

The Narada's weapons and shields are still 130 years more advanced than the Vengeance's technology. So this outcome isn't surprising.
