I’m from the Jersey Shore, I was lucky enough to have my dad’s parents retire to the mountains of Vermont where me and my twin brother spent almost 2 months a year from age 3 to 21. We fished, hunted, hiked, sank trucks in frozen lakes, snowmobiled, dog sled in the winter and skeet shot all day until our shoulders couldn’t take it anymore.
I didn’t experience it all like you southern boys but I feel like I can relate just enough and it makes me so laugh out loud.
This is my favorite channel on YT right now. Thank you Trent!!

We used to not have to go to the first two classes at school during the first week of deer season, and we could be an hour late for the rest of the season. Seniors with jobs or juniors and seniors who had enough advanced credits could skip their first class every day and leave at 12 on Fridays all season. School was a ghost town for corn harvest and deer season.
We're all really stupid, but we eat good.

We have flexible PTO and a "dont ask dont tell" policy for sick time (separate from PTO), and personal days on top of that. But even still, some people on the team... That last statement goes so hard its not funny 😭😭 lmfa

I use to let my guys rotate out to hunt. Benefits are relaxed employees and they bring in jerky for work and meat for the bbq’s 😂🤣
