Chickpeas Curry - Easiest Recipe Ever!

🌿Ingredients🌿
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 Large
Garlic - 8
Ginger - 1 Inch
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Chili - 1

Oil - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - Half tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4th tsp
Red Chili Powder - Half tsp
Chana Masala - 1 tsp
Blended paste
Boiled Chickpeas - 750 g
Salt - 1 & half tsp
Garam Masala - Half tsp
Coriander Leaves
Lime Juice
Water as needed

🌿Steps🌿
👉🏾Heat a pan add oil, add onion & cook till they are slightly translucent
👉🏾Add ginger, garlic & chili and cook for 2 mins
👉🏾Add sliced tomatoes followed by salt & cook till everything is soft. Let it cool down and then blend it with some water

👉🏾Heat pan again, add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili and Chana masala(you can use equal parts or cumin and coriander powder). Cook over low heat
👉🏾Add tomato puree, salt and cook till the oil starts to separate
👉🏾Add the boiled chickpeas and let it cook for 2-3 mins, water and let the curry come to a boil
👉🏾Then add garam masala powder, garnish using fresh coriander leaves & lime juice

Serve it with steame
