After exf4 and Bxg8 black has Qe1 and white is in a lot of trouble.
Edit: I should add that sacrificing the Rooook is not the best move but in the variation where you do white has to deal with black moving there knight to e7 like exf4 Bxg8 Qe1 gxf4 Ne7 and if white plays Bxh7 then Nd5 white has to defend them self and don't forget black has a passed pawn on a7.
