I'm sorry I don't mean to be mean but I don't think this is the way for priests to reach their parishioners, or those outside the faith. Offer the Truth (Jesus is the Truth, God's Word is Truth) in all Their splendor, not dumbed down so that people can be attracted to GOD'S beauty, not a counterfeit. Say the Mass, receive confessions, preside over Eucharistic Adoration, counsel their parishioners, pray with people.
If they want to glorify God with their voice (a good thing) chant the High Mass, have a concert of songs from John Michael Talbot and other contemporary Catholic musicians.
This kind of thing (their concert) may receive praise but it doesn't lead anyone to God much less a right relationship with Him, where He is submitted to and adored.
I'm sorry but it's true.
