Embrace the lows. They get you high!! The shadow work is real, until you realize the pattern of what is one’s life pattern, habits. Once we understand ourselves then it’s a matter of approaching the lows into acceptance then transcendence, if you catch my meaning. You eventually realize that you are alright. Things will be alright. Accept and merge with the experience…and experiment.
