One time I was teaching a pup "wait" put its food down said "wait",there was a knock at the door had to run out forgot to give the break command came back an hour later he was still in the same spot hadn't touched his food... I felt both horrible and so proud

I had a little yorkie after about a month I had put a treat down and said leave kids took my mind off things I went back out after about an hour and she was still sat there looking at the treat needless to say I felt so bad and she had lots of hugs and treats x

It really is just common sense, training a dog, but doesn't seem to be so common. Lol. BUT dude, you train EXACTLY as I do. Great minds think alike. 🌻 One thing I always have to tell people with dogs, (I dont train professionally, just for fun) is to ALWAYS use the same word, consistently. Instead of "DONT/ HEY YOU/STOP/ AH-AH...."

Training is the best way to develop a bond with your dog, be it a pup or a new dog from a Shelter, as they all need Training for a good relationship. ❤
