Nope that movie has already been created. Human Centipede 2 (which contains 0 jump scares btw). Reportedly even many of the special guests and celebrity invites to its red carpet debut screening walked out (despite being considered incredibly rude to do for a debut) although the director prided himself on this.

Hands down the best horror ‘Saw’ like movie I have ever seen (and I HATE saw like gore fetish movies) except I find it very artful and tasteful in a genius (from the director) type of way… I promise I’m not a psycho, and normally I hate franchises like it.

It’s shot completely in black and white, and the best part hands down is the lead actor, Laurence R Harvey, who doesn’t have a single spoken line in the movie, yet portrays incredible emotional diversity (grief, mental illness, anger, sorrow, loss, loneliness, perversion and sadism and of course sexual degeneracy).

This movie is a lot deeper than ‘crazy killer fulfils his psychopathic dreams’ and really displays the full mental decline of a mentally ill man who is betrayed by the ones who are meant to love and care for him, let down by the government and social and mental care system, and put down by society in every single way leading him to a path of unspeakable horror. Once again, without a single word being said. In parts of the movie you almost, EMPHASIS ON ‘ALMOST’ feel sorry for him. This is why I say it’s really a work of art. Now I wouldn’t recommend this movie unless you’re incredibly thick skinned. I watched it a decade ago and it still gives me occasional flash backs today.
