I remember someone stole a candy bar, the whole block got searched but apparently the person ate it already (of course she did!). We figured out on our own who did it, and confronted them, she denied it at first but then finally admitted to it. The person she stole from wasn't exactly someone you should steal from (she was my "bunky"), and she was a bit crazy. She was one of those that as long as she liked you she was cool with you, but if not.... well. The girl that stole from her was not. Luckily, the girl was released before anything could happen to her.

A few days before my scheduled release, I was starting to pass some my commissary and other items to my cellie, a decent guy. My cellie passed my fruit cups (leftover from lunch) to another guy on the block. I, a babe in the woods, thought, what could be wrong with that. My cellie then said the other guy would probably use them (pineapple) to make something fermented. I pretty much s*t myself....two days before going home and to get mixed up in that??? My more experienced cellie laughed his a* off and told me not to worry....but I hardly slept until the morning the C.O told me to pack my stuff to leave.
