I think Chelyabinsk in Russia might have some of its outskirts in Europe and other parts in Asia. If not, it’s certainly not far from the boundary.

The reason there isn’t a city in between north and South America in because there is a massive super dense rainforest on the border of Panama and it is almost impossible to live in safely

Dish Name: "The King Kong Jackapillar"

Ingredients:

2 cups of burnt spaghetti (overcooked and stuck together)
1 can of tuna packed in oil (drained but not rinsed)
1 cup of chunky peanut butter
1 jar of dill pickle relish
2 cups of cold, canned corn
1 cup of expired cottage cheese
1 cup of grape jelly
1/2 cup of sriracha sauce
1 cup of shredded coconut (sweetened)
1 bag of potato chips (crushed)
3 cups of day-old, soggy bread
A handful of gummy bears (for a dessert surprise)
1 bottle of ketchup (for drizzling)
Instructions:

Start with the Base: Layer the day-old, soggy bread in a large, deep dish to form the base of your tower.
First Layer: Spread the burnt spaghetti over the soggy bread, ensuring it’s lumpy and uneven.
Second Layer: Add a layer of cold, canned corn and tuna, mixing them together to create a gross paste.
Third Layer: Slather on the chunky peanut butter, creating a thick, sticky layer that doesn’t blend in with the other ingredients.
Fourth Layer: Pour on the jar of dill pickle relish and top it with expired cottage cheese for a pungent twist.
Fifth Layer: Spread the grape jelly evenly over the mixture and drizzle with sriracha for an absurd kick.
Sixth Layer: Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top for a tropical, yet completely incompatible vibe.
Final Layer: Crush the potato chips and sprinkle them on top for a crunch that clashes with everything else.
Gummy Bear Surprise: Tuck gummy bears randomly throughout the layers for a baffling dessert element.
Garnish: Finish with a generous drizzle of ketchup across the top for that finishing touch.
