Why all the chest exercises on the floor when most people would simply do them on a bench?
Because shoulder health matters. A lot. I train a lot SMARTER now in my 40's than I did in my 20's, teens, and even my 30's.
That last 2-3 inches of range of motion is not going to make a dent in your chest strength or development, but it can destroy your shoulders.
Ive had plenty of shoulder issues in the past. One spat of time there was 9 months where the only chest exercise I could do was ring pushups, and no overhead pressing at all.
