Stop Wasting Time on Ineffective Study Methods!
Instead use these A-grade techniques πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

Second Brain 🧠
Spaced Retrieval πŸ”
Priming 🏁
Active Recall πŸ’ͺ

🧠 Second Brain: Create a personal knowledge database

1. Choose a tool: Notion, Evernote, or even a physical notebook.
2. Set up folders for each Project, Topic Areas, Found Resources, and an Archive for anything you no longer need
3. Capture ideas daily: Write down key points from lectures, readings, and your thoughts
4. Review weekly: Organize and connect your notes
5. Start now: Create your first "Project" folder for a topic your currently studying

πŸ” Spaced Retrieval: Bulletproof your long-term memory

1. Break topics into small chunks
2. Review after: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months
3. Use Anki or set calendar reminders for review dates
4. Adjust intervals based on how well you remember
5. Try it today: Take a concept you learned last week and review it right now

🏁 Priming: Warm up your brain for learning

1. Skim textbook chapters before class
2. Watch a 5-minute intro video on the topic
3. Create a quick mind map of what you already know
4. Take a pre-test or solve a related problem
5. Action step: Before your next study session, spend 10 minutes reading a chapter for the topic

πŸ’ͺ Active Recall: A mental gym for your brain

1. Create question-answer flashcards for key concepts
2. Pick one and explain the topic out loud as if teaching a friend
3. Write summaries from memory, then check for accuracy
4. Use practice exams under test-like conditions
5. Start now: Close your notes and write down everything you remember about your last lesson

Bonus Tip: Combine these techniques! Prime before class, take notes in your Second Brain, use Active Recall during study sessions, and review with Spaced Retrieval.

These methods transformed my grades from Cs to consistent As

Unfortunately, I always try to manage my time, but suddenly something will be happen and break my schedule. So that's why, I do my lessons until 1 or 2AM. That's so bad for my brain and my health.

I need to lock in. I took a look at my revision notes today, sighed, and went to sleep. Unfortunately there is no music, food, supplement, or exercise you can use to just give you a god-like memory. You have to want it.
Stop telling yourself "I'm so exhausted" If you AREN'T exhausted, trying to get a degree or diploma, you're doing something wrong somewhere.
