In case you missed it I challenged everyone to join me this week and squats every time you pass through a doorway. It's like having a personal TRX set up in every room you enter.

This is really upping my game... I'm doing way more squats than I normally do... And people around me are getting a little inspired, are you?

So this is the challenge: everyday, every time you walk through a doorway put your hand on the doorknob or the trim around the door and do 10 squats. They can be as deep or shallow as you want. My goal is 100 a day but it turns out I go through doorways way more than 10 times a day.

I just spent a few minutes in the sauna, and I even did 10 in there.

Without a doubt we have to move more than we are moving. It is literally as good as anti-anxiety medication. The difference? It's anxiety prevention!
