Holy crap!!!!! REALLY???
I've always breathed super shallow because I grew up literally afraid to breathe.
And recently, something told me to work on that. Oh! In fact, it was something I read in Black Joy by Tracey Michae'l Lewis Giggetts
She mentioned she would set a timer to remind her to breathe while she's working.
So, since I struggle with shallow breathing round the clock, I set two reminders on my phone to remind me to breathe every hour. On reminds me on the hour and the other reminds me on the half hour.
So, every 30 minutes I get a reminder to breathe!
But I didn't know it had do many benefits!!!!! YAY!!!!!!

Thank you for teaching us everything we need to know! I really wish these topics were taught to all humans early on and throughout our lifetime in our educational systems. Understanding what’s healthy and what isn’t , in addition to the physiological responses are always great reminders for me personally to try harder because the mental affects the physical. Also, I try to remember I came here to overcome challenges. My soul/spirit (whatever you identify your life force energy with) has a physical body. This is the experience in which we have bodies to feel in a mortal existence, but we are so much more! It’s really cool how everything ties together. I try to be more aware of my quantum biology and what I send out. An immense thank you for the support to humanity you give. And yes, we must remember to BREATHE! I just love your brain! 🤍

Great reminder!! My muscles seem to get really tense when I’m on my phone, especially my jaw, which I clench, and my shoulders. Being on the computer also makes me scrunch up my shoulders. And I’m probably not breathing as deeply as I should. It’s no wonder I feel stressed out after being on screens. I’ve noticed I feel SO much better after reading a physical book. One more reason to read books!! 📚
