Trust me, your family will LOVE this one. ❤️

Ingredients:
2 lbs of chicken breast
2 cans of red enchilada sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of corn
1 can do black beans
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
10 small flour tortillas, cut into small pieces.

Instructions:
• Add chicken, enchilada sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, black beans & taco seasoning. Stir & cook on high for 4 hours.
• Shred chicken, add tortilla strips, & cheese. Stir & cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with your favorite toppings such as cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and extra cheese!

Looks great! If you get chicken tomato bouillon & lightly rub it onto the chicken and let it sit for a few minutes before cooking it ups the flavor even more & it won't be too salty as long as you don't put too much.
