Strength - Kakashi because he is physically strong and can open inner gate

Overall Speed - in war arc kakashi was able to keep up with KCM 2 NARUTO and 7 GATE MIGHT GUY meanwhile Itachi was able to keep up with KCM 1 Naruto.

IQ - Both are so intelligent but I think Itachi is little more because even obito was scared of his intelligence

Bettle IQ - No need to explain

Attack/ AP - Kakashi have deadly attacks like chidori and other lightning style jutsu

Defence / durability - Itachi have susano and yaata mirror
Yaata mirror can deflct jutsu and Susan is very strong

Fuinjutsu - Itachi have a special blade I didn't remember the name but it can seal anyone if it penitrate them

Genjutsu - no need to explain

Taijutsu - rival of God of taijutsu Guy is Kakashi so you can think about it also we have witnessed a lot of amazing moments of taijutsu

Chakra - I forgot to add it but it goes to Kakashi because Itachi was suffering from disease

Ninjutsu/ skills - both are skilled and very good in ninjutsu

Abilities/ hax - Kakashi know 1000 jutsu he have kamui and he can copy any jutsu meanwhile Itachi don't know that much jutsu and yes he have a lot of ability but not much as Kakashi

Explanation ----:
Kakashi can escape from tsukyomi as he is a genius and once he was trapped in it he will remember it and Obito have douched amertrasu of Sasuke which was too fast and kakashi was more faster in combat than obito or equal as we can see in their fight so he can also escape from amertrasu

And Itachi susano is not full body Susano and is very slow so Kakashi can just douch all attacks from Susano and can wait until his susano gets off
And Kakashi can use kamui for defeating Itachi as Itachi don't know about Ms of Kakashi
So he can use it as a surprise attack

Conclusion ---:
If they fight 10 time Kakashi will win 7times and Itachi will win 3times.
