I tried to make fun of a kid with a Rush shirt by making fun of the singer, but he just mocked him too (he pointed out that I knew the lyrics)... That's when I knew that Rush fans were different and I realized that I was one too.

Well moving pictures was their first really big albumā¦. But the very first, entitled RUSH ā¦ was my first introduction to them.. they had a different drummer.. I think he didnāt work out for health reasonsā¦ but it was a phenomenal album.. working man is still a classic masterpiece and some incredible guitar playing. Especially the extended lead.. I just get lost in it.. rewind it. Replay it.. over and over again.. even today when I play it on iTunes ,, I replay it several times, just to hear the lead

Nope-- Signals. They'll be hooked for life after that. I've hooked a few people on Rush by giving them Signals. They say it changed their lives. Honorable mention: Permanent Waves. They shouldn't get into Moving Pictures until they go back and listen to the entire discography from the start. It's not nearly as accessible.
