That's main readon my mum before she died couldn't even get ,permisdion,or insurance to take her dream of a helicopter trip.
She had had many mini strokes had heart issues and often had lower oxygen levels.
I dont know about up in air but I'd noticed with mum sn early sign was a very pale pallor on her chin , round her lips snd ,if it didnt settle it got mors intense pallor

A pilot of a cessna 172 was doing aerial photography with a client, so they climbed high, with no oxygen. Eventually he notices the photographer flipping the map over and over again. He noticed that he himself was also getting confused but was capable to bring the plane down immediately. Lucky and stupid at the same time
