The Pennsylvania State police ordered me out of my vehicle because they didn’t like what I said to them at the site of an abandoned a car on a rural road we were passing. I almost hit one of the troopers who stupidly stepped out behind a vehicle on a narrow road and I let him know I damn near hit him. Eventually they cited me for disorderly conduct and fighting with first responders to which I asked for a magistrate hearing. I beat them pro se at the hearing and they were embarrassed when the magistrate cited the first amendment to the constitution. After citing what the charges were at the hearing, I only got to ask three questions before the magistrate ruled in my favor. The real kicker to all of this was the Pennsylvania state trooper that cited me was arrested for domestic abuse sometime later and is on unpaid leave going on 11 months now. Somehow the video from their patrol vehicle disappeared, imagine that. They’re trying to make the domestic abuse charges disappear as well but the local newspaper won’t let them.
