“Seitan Roast | Meatless Beefy Shreds | Vital Wheat Gluten”
I made a few modifications:
1. Knotted and shaped like in my “brisket” video.
2. I did add food coloring for a deeper pink color.
3. I baked the dough in a deep stone pan in a tasty simmering broth for 3 hours at 345 degrees.
4. Flipped every 20-25 minutes for even cooking.
So basically, a combination or the two videos:
