Just got mine, extremely upset with ForceUSA as the price dropped by $500 about two weeks after getting it into my home. They refused to adjust the price. Feel like I got ripped off by $500 on and already expensive piece of equipment. Most companies have at least a 30 day window where they they honor any price changes.
If you are installing it yourself they use two different washer sizes on the same bolt. First piece of equipment that I've installed that does that. Extremely annoying as I've had to reinstall it. Yes it is noted in the instructions just not very well IMO. The cost to just have same size washers on a bolt is pennies compared to the cost of this equipment. Overall not hard to assemble.
I'm tall with ceiling. I would have performed this equipment to be a foot taller for pull downs. I just don't get that stretch at the top I'm looking for.

Having just put together the G9 I don't blame you for getting the assembly done for you. The instruction manual is really pretty bad. Alot of parts are either wrong or very unclear. It can of course be done but if your not great at building things factor in the assembly costs.
