I tried Asahi Linux for a month with the gleeful child like attention. Today will be better. A month later the issues still outweigh any benefit. Uploaded two videos today. This one was never planned because I thought I could copy the 42 files that I acquired in a month of use. Second attempt to save my work on a usb in progress this was the first attempt with a brand new usb. That was tested before using on this computer. The hours I have wasted in the Asahi Linux operating system reminds me of a few defunct distros that failed to get good drivers when Fedora core was on 1 and I was sharing every driver I could with them. That being said I am disappointed in Fedora41 mix with Asahi it’s not stable on iMac has no audio and despite claims can’t possibly run on M1 IMac for gaming. Basic file transfer and internet protocol is unstable on the M1 iMac. Perhaps the install process needs to be verbose and more hands on. Have a file on the desktop virtual machine of the current build so it can be picked apart and find out what went wrong. With this big of a failure you should release every detail to arch and gentoo and let them race to build a stable os!
