Lean your hips up and back while flexing the core and keep legs together and straight. Great job with the pull-ups keep it up!!!!

I’ve been taught to stabilize by flexing the abs and glutes to maintain lower body stability

I cross my legs as well, I hang first for a couple seconds before I start. Grab the bar, take your feet off the ground and go into your reps. Your doing great.

When I first started doing pull-ups my reps looked like that but over time you will have much better form also keep going 💪💪

The more you do it, your body will eventually stabilize because as the muscles grow and get stronger your body won’t move around as much when doing the exercise. At least that’s what happened to me
