The solution is - change the perspective. Change how oyu view the game. It is a TEAM game. View the game OUTSIDE what you are focused on. You are NOT solo in game, your opponent in line is NOT your only enemy. The game WILL NOT END after you will kill that one tower.
The solution is "Learn". Learn champions skills, strengths and weaknesses. Learn item`s strengths and weaknesses, which items combine with your heroes strength or negate your champions weaknesses or counter the strength of your enemies. Not specifically the one you face in lane. Learn the map. Where can enemy come from? Where is enemy right now? If i push wave past this part of map, where i have no vision, how many enemies can suddenly emerge from there?

You are correct and normally I am feeling glad when I outplay my opponent + the jungler like that. However the tilt Kicks in when i see my jungler on the other side of the map losing a 3v2 in a horrid dive...cause then my work indeed was for nothing.

well you are assuming if i draw the jng and my team or my jng would take that opportunity to do something, i wouldn't put that much trust in them i would rather have the cards on my hand rather than on my low elo jng, example just enemy jng ganking me twice meanwhile my jng did his bot camps when he could have taken enemy jng camps and free drake (yes mid and bot wave state was good for this)

I play top, and this is literally my entire playstyle as Illaoi. I purposefully bait ganks post 6 to soak pressure and waste time. Its super effective when done properly
