Last year I bought Signalis for the PS4 from Best Buy. It's an indie game, it got great reviews... Rare game alert. Those games I have to keep them brand new and sealed. In a matter of months, it went from $19 to $60 and still going up. Too bad the freaking disc is loose!!! It seems Sony didn't think removing the manuals was enough, they also had to make the cheapest, flimsiest boxes possible.

It is the damn worst. Like what part of the process is slacking to where this happens? Is it a design flaw with the spindle on the case? The machinery putting the disc in place? IDK but it drives me up the wall too

I've had this problem also with sealed PS4 games. I just do the four corner center press tricc I saw on a vid here on YouTube. Works every time and it allows me to keep the game sealed.

Only games I’ve kept sealed are either ones I can’t currently play anyway or there’s like 2 or 3 I just can’t bring myself to open 😂

I’ve bought several that came in loose like that . Had to be something with those cases because I’ve not delt with that much on other consoles

It definitely is a problem, but I have never had one actually be scratched because the blu rays are so resistant.

Blu-ray discs are designed to be more durable than the old CD and DVD ROMs. Still, these cases are less "grabby" than the old PS3 cases. Now you dont get loose discs with those puppies.

And it's a Pegi copy. I know they're compatible to play in America, but its just a preference for continuity to me.

I have the same problem with sealed Xbox one games. I'm sure it will eventually hurt the value but I'm still keeping them sealed!

I agree because for some reason every time I order a game off Amazon the disc is always loose bare in mind it's brand new sealed so I don't understand how hard is it to seal the disc inside? 🙄🙄

I absolutely hate it lol. It is easy to get it back in doe. I do it all the time. Also the blue ray coating is crazy scratch resistant that it will not scratch in there against the plastic. Kinda awesome.

There is an easy fix to pop it back in. Balance it in the center (gentle shaking will result in no movement) and place your thumb where the center hold of the disc would be then a half inch right and a half inch up and press firmly and you'll hear a snap.
