減脂做四件事情
1.飲食控制 : 除了製造熱量缺口還要營養充足,另外注意用油量和醬料、湯品熱量。最好再搭配168斷食,這跟胰島素阻止燃燒脂肪有關,胰島素作用完畢後,再消耗熱量時,優先消耗肝醣,之後才會消耗脂肪,但胰島素還在作用時,不會進入消耗脂肪的階段。
2.重訓為主,有氧為輔,最好再多散步。 重訓是要增加或維持肌肉量,穩定基礎代謝量
3.飲水充足,大約每公斤喝40毫升的份量,例70公斤喝2800毫升
4.睡眠品質,盡量十一點前入睡。睡眠不好會增加皮質醇,導致增脂減肌肉
