Started doing this this week and it honestly feels waay better to write it down on paper. Mainly because it’s wayy more rewarding to cross off your sets on a real piece of paper and secondly because it prevents you more from going on your phone between sets.
Like, if after each set I write down what I did it also gives me something to do between those sets and not get sucked into social media as much.
Definitely worth a try!

I’ll try this tomorrow…
Bought a notebook like a year and a half ago to start journaling and also tracking in the gym… but never did it. Always told my self to improve my handwriting so I could start writing on it all organized… but never did either, tomorrow I got that crap ready and I won’t care if I scratch all over, I’ll start focusing on the right things, so thanks for reminding me.
