I found out that I needed to release whatever wanted to be released.
When we came home, I was very overwhelmed by so many feelings and emotions. I felt the need to sit with myself. To get quiet, to listen. And in those moments, I began to move and give sound to whatever came up - whether it was joy, sadness, fear, grief, anger, bliss ...
Slowly, I started recording those moments. Not with a goal in mind but simply to honor whatever wanted to be released. It felt like a kind of medicine I didn't know I needed. Slowly, it became a kind of practice - a space where I could just BE.
Slowly, I started sharing these pieces with others. What began as a private journey has started to unfold into something more 🤍
