He didn’t hold up his end of the deal, lacked discretion and caution, always flying to close to the sun like he did with Gloria. For that reason Carmela’s anger is justified imo. As much as I feel for Carmella and agree that infidelity in a marriage is not acceptable, she happily turned a blind eye all these years as the resentment of Tony cheating did not outweigh her lust for money and material things. She also took issue with what Tony does for a living until she wanted him to use that same power to get her what she wanted. I’m a way her hypocrisy is worse than Tony’s infidelity
