It never ceases to amaze me how surprised companies get when the do something that is incomprehensible levels of dumb and get upset that people understandably get mad about it. This is the equivalent of delta punching itself and then blaming the people watching

The only weird thing I noticed from several news articles was trying to link it to other cases of women not wearing a bra.. and Delta removing them, but that doesn't explain why she had to take off the shirt.. and be placed in the back.. despite her paying for extra legroom.
If it was about the bra, that would have been what you address and ask if they have a sweater to put on and point to the policy.. At least that wouldn't look as brain dead of a take as they are on now.
