This beef was good on its own without much seasoning. I cooked it with butter but can be seasoned to your liking
1 tsp gochugaru or Korean red pepper flakes (make sure it’s not the powder form but flakes)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tbsp rice vinegar
2-3 tsp honey
pinch of salt
Mix and taste. Adjust if needed.
