Shift your back foot so it points in the opposite direction of your kick, this will open up your hips so you can use the other kicking Legg more correctly, gives you more stability and the addition of the ankle joint that now can flextid properly with your knee and hip should give you more power too, just remember to bend the knee and then full extention Noth legs at the top of the kick for maximum power 😊

3 /10 you are to close try to get back 1or 2 steps and shot lower on chest or abs level and bend your fingers up and the guard , your left hand has to be in front of your face and your right arm on your ribs and try to stay flexed on the pivot leg for better protection on your knee
