For the same nightly rate of $5,840 USD as the Finch Hatton suite, we discovered a realm of comfort with significantly more space. Spanning an impressive 113 square meters (approximately 1,216 square feet), the Karen Blixen suite is the largest at the manor, nestled on the top floor of this historic estate. Here, we enjoyed not just ample space but also tranquility, our mornings were blissfully serene, free from the kitchen noise we experienced in the Finch Hatton suite, allowing for a truly restful retreat. While the sounds of the hyraxes could still be heard at night, the overall ambiance was vastly improved.
If you are traveling with children or other family members, I strongly encourage you to consider waiting for this remarkable suite. With only two family suites available, the Karen Blixen suite offers an experience that far surpasses the alternatives.
