No, that wouldn't make any sense. The Armourer has consistently been a vital source of information for Din, Grogu and Bo, provided them with weapons and armour, and supported all Mandalorians in their goals. She also fought against Stormtroopers in Season 1. I would be extremely disappointed if they went in this direction.

Emily Swallow was shocked people thought the Armorer was evil and I agree. All she ever did was care for her Covert and teach Grogu and Mando about her people. She even encouraged Bo Katan to unite all Mandos. How in the world is this evil?!?

i started thinking this too. The way she conveniently dipped out right before the ambush at the forge. Having Bo remove her helmet and gather the others. It's a bit too coincidental.
