Muscle can grow to crazy proportions really fast. Ligaments and tendons will lag behind in growth. And then they cant cope with the pressure the muscles put on them. It will be injury after injury if u push ur size past a limit too quickly

I remember hearing the news. Every athlete felt the loss. There was Missy Truscott's injury on stage too. This is a dangerous sport & you do the best you can & put your whole heart in.
I took 2nd place in Pro Women's Bodybuilding. We're at the top. I was in the prestigious Press conference and on that same floor he was signing autographs on. Just a few weeks until I start prep for the coming competitions this year. Good luck to all the athletes!
