When my four were little I used to remind myself that one day my house and my car would be tidy and clean but I would be sad and lonely 😂. It’s so true. I’m looking forward to grandkids to mess up my life again. It’s too tidy and quiet

I have stepdaughters they e learned over the years not to be messy with food especially in my truck my husband use to get upset with me but now their 6 & 8 and there just such respectful girls and clean up any mess they make or ask for help

The first time my mom came to visit me at my college dorm, she immediately started rearranging and moving all of my stuff around. I don't even think she realized she was doing it until i called her out on it. Glad to see its just some parents who be like that sometimes

I don't see it happening in this video [thank you, OP] but PSA to anyone cleaning vehicle or child seats: NEVER WET THE SEAT BELTS!! Harsh chemicals and too much water can weaken the belts and cause them to fail in an accident. I've been seeing it a lot this week so I'm throwing this nugget of education on any detailing video I see.

So I am in your parents form of life and I understand you completely. I'm actually still working and I'm in sales so my car is a mess all week. I actually live in it. It's my office basically for 10 hours a day. It's only clean on the weekend. That's the best I can do.
Having said that, I grew up with a dad who was a Navy man/nypd detective super super in tune with every detail of everything in life and he just liked neatness and order so I know what it's like to be judged by that. But I still loved him anyway and I'm more like him than not. But I realize that you do have to relax and breathe sometimes. And it's okay. The dirt will be there tomorrow😊

So relatable. I’d rather my parents spend their precious time with my kids vs them cleaning and doing yard work. I just want them to feel welcomed and relaxed in my house.
