Spleen is mildly enlarged in size (16.0cms) shows Fairly large (10x7.6x5cms CC x AP x TD)

wedge shaped area of hypoattenuation in the upper pole & inter polar region with no

vascularity within, multiple air pockets are seen in the affected area with subcapsular as well

as perisplenic collection and associated small Air pockets within the perigastric region & Porta

Hepatis. Multiple small wedge shaped areas are also noticed in the Splenic parenchyma

Filling defect is noticed in distal 1/3nt of Splenic artery • Splenic vein is not outlined in distal 1/3rd segment? Thrombosed with multiple collateral vessels at the Splenic hilum (Spleno Gastric & Spleno Renal) Periportal, Peripancreatic, Preaortic, Para aortic and left renal hilar Lymphadenopathy and

small bowel mesenteric nodes adjacent to the jejunal loops (11-12mm In short axis diameter) ? Reactionary Mild to moderate ascitis in all peritoneal recesses (Perihepatic, Perisplenic, Morrison's Pouch,

Bilateral Flanks, Iliac fossae) & pelvis.

Fairly large areas of pulmonary consolidation in visualized lingular lobe with positive 'CT Angiogram' & 'CT Bronchogram sign with areas of atelectasis in left lower lung parenchyma and minimal left sided pleural effusion? Lobar Pneumonia

Liver is moderately enlarged in size (19.1cms). Please help my cousin sister please sir 🙏🏻🙏
