The Nintendo themed cars are only available on the Switch, they dont appear when logging in to another console.
Nintendo is way too protective of their IP to let their characters appear on another system, and having a "Nintendo system exclusive pack" on Fortnite is probably not gonna happen

I doubt it. There was a rumor that they wanted to put Samus into Fornite, but the deal fell apart because Nintendo wanted so that only people playing on Nintendo Switch could see it and not anyone on any other platform.
