I worked in a prison and the inmates would make this. The only thing is separate the cream and put in a bowl. Crush up the cookies,they added powdered coffee creamer cause they didn’t have milk,to both the cookie and same to the filling. microwave the cookies in a bowl. Till you have a spongy cake and use the filling as a frosting to frost the cake. If they used vanilla cookies they would add orange Fanta to the cream to make an orange frosting. Pure genius!
