Depending on the source you use, this can go from kinda accurate to 100% accurate.
Like multiple of the power scaling wiki’s put chara at multiversal and then put Asriel at multiversal but likely higher.

but technically, Chara is only Strong because of Frisk. without Frisk, Chara is a corpse of a child who died a long time ago. Frisk would be defeated by Photoshop Flowey, but because of his stupidity, The Human ended up winning. But I really agree that Chara is the strongest character in Undertale! (only with Frisk)
