Same pay to do the same job? No offense, but you ladies aren't playing against Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, etc. You are NOT doing the same job. Now, you're playing against some truly sensational women athletes, and as the overall quality and popularity of the game gets better, so will your pay.
