Hi Sir thank you so much. I have lower back pain sciatica pain leg numbness in my both the legs. I am recently started following your channel n started doing exercises/stretches. Kindly provide foot numbness exercises too. If in case I get leg numbness n foot numbness while standing in a line, or walking what exercises will be helpful to get immediate relief.
