Okay so many things have happened in the last year. πŸ₯Ή It’s so fun to look back.

1) This isn’t even a big mold, I thought it was at the time but we have come a long way. πŸ₯Ή

2) When I cast this mold now, I set it on the bittom(the flat side) to open it. Which seems so incredibly obvious to me now but Jessica of the past thought she was being incredibly innovative in this video.

Gosh. I got to make one of those about 40 years ago. My kids loved it. Every year we put it out, but then it got broken during a move. I wish I could make one again.

I carve eggshells and corn hole bags (clean) are great at stopping rolling.

Try bracing it with sandbags. The foam is too wobbly.

I think you should use chalk blocks to prevent the rolling and the parts from coming off on their own.

Using wood tools under the sides of the molds should help you keep it stable

The only mistake you made is putting a seam on the bottom. If it was laying on one of the segments, it would have gone without a problem. You can also make some wooden braces. One side curved, the other side flat.
