SPOILER I believe they did truly love each other but once Lucy found out that snow killed 3 people she realized he killed Sajuans (can’t spell it) she couldn’t trust the Snow wouldn’t turn on her too and got scared of him and ran.
I do believe she still loved him but didn’t wanna risk anything and didn’t want to get hurt she even wrote a song about him so that can help prove she loved him
With Snow idk if he still loved her or not bc she did shoot her and kinda hunted her so idk about him but he was really upset that she left soo

I think they loved eachother, alot. Remember when their by the lake and then lucy gray says to coryosmth around the lines of "trust is the most important thing to me, more than love." She relized she couldn't trust coryo because he wouldnt tell her who he kill and that he killed his flbestfriend. I think coryo felt betrayed by lucy gray, remember he thought the snake was poisonus and by her placing the snake in althe scarf, aka making a trap, And coryo fell for the trap. Remember how his father died? From a trap, made my a rebel in the forest of 12, they were in the fores tod 12, and she was a rebel and the snake in the scarf was a trap. I think he felt EXTREMELY betrayed, and after all hed done for her, she left him to basically die (even tho it wasn't poison he didnt know). So i think its from coryos past and lucy grays fear / value of trust. But they defo loved eachother
